中文摘要 | 自野外收集130例4至15週齡,外觀呈現消瘦、生長遲緩及顯著呼吸症狀,疑為第二型豬環狀病毒(porcine circovirus type 2; PCV2)感染之病豬,經剖檢後採集扁桃腺、脾臟及顎下、肺縱隔、腸繫膜及鼠蹊等淋巴結,以瞭解PCV2感染豬隻後在各淋巴組織中之分佈狀況;同時採集血清、鼻黏液、糞便及尿液檢體,以分析豬隻感染PCV2後,各排毒途徑之排毒狀況。檢體均以聚合酵素鏈鎖反應進行PCV2檢測。所收集之病例中,共有96例呈現PCV2陽性反應,而淋巴組織中PCV2的檢出率以肺縱隔淋巴結最高,檢出率達938%(90/96),腸繫膜淋巴結次之(854%;82/96),脾臟檢出率最低,僅為635%(61/96)。呈現PCV2陽性反應病例中,有72例完整收集到各排毒路徑檢體,其中高達528%(38/72)可於尿液中檢出PCV2病毒核酸,而鼻黏液、血清及糞便之檢出率依序為514%(37/72)、44.4%(32/72)及375%(27/72)、上述結果顯示,PCV2在野外病例之淋巴組織中的分佈以肺縱隔淋巴結為最高,臨床上若需採集檢體進行PCV2檢測,應以肺縱隔淋巴結為首要選擇。而豬隻感染PCV2後可從鼻黏液、糞便及尿液排出病毒,臨床工作人員應加強豬舍清洗與消毒,以降低豬隻感染機會。 |
英文摘要 | Tissue samples were collected from 130 pigs between 4-15 weeks old with typical clinical signs of dyspnea, growth retardation, and progressive wasting. Porcine circovirus type 2 (PCV2) viral DNA in the mandibular, mediastinal, mesenteric, and superficial inguinal lymph nodes, spleen and tonsil was examined by multiplex polymerase chain reaction. In addition, serum, nasal swabs, fecal and urine samples were collected from 72 PCV2-infected pigs to detect the natural viral shedding routes of PCV2 infection. Among the 130 examined cases, 96 were PCV2 positive. The mediastinal lymph nodes exhibited the highest detecting rate of PCV2 (93.8%; 90/96), followed by the mesenteric lymph nodes (85.4%; 82/96), tonsil and mandibular lymph nodes (83.3%, 80/96), superficial inguinal lymph nodes (78.1%; 75/96) and spleen (63.5%; 61/96). Among the 72 PCV2-infected cases, the detection rate of urine samples containing PCV2 DNA was 52.8% (38/72), followed by nasal swabs (50.0%), serum (44, 4%) and fecal samples (37.5%). These results demonstrate that the mediastinal lymph nodes should be the best choice of tissues for detecting PCV2 DNA in clinical sample collection. Additionally, the high PCV2 detecting rate in the fecal and urine samples highlights the potential role of blosecurlty in PCV2-infected herds. |
