中文摘要 | 機械在運轉情況下,元件磨損或缺陷將產生異常振動,若未及時處理,將造成系統嚴重故障, 甚至發生危險;為發展故障早期偵測系統,本文探討旋轉機械故障模式,建立振動監控診斷系統; 利用傅立葉轉換,對量測訊號進行特徵擷取,找出不同倍頻振動特徵,分析正常信號與故障信號 之差異,建立故障信號特徵及故障類型診斷方法。本文以散熱風扇為對象,整合加速規、振動量 測模組、轉速控制電路,利用LabView 發展量測診斷系統;實驗結果顯示,風扇之不平衡、鬆動 問題已能有效檢出,透過本文發展之軟硬體技術,可提供發展系統預測維護之基礎。 |
英文摘要 | Mechanical vibrations are often generated during operation when the components of a machine are at degraded conditions. To detect the early failures of a machine, monitoring machine vibration states to develop predictive maintenance is a feasible approach. In this paper, the related techniques of predictive maintenance are reported including vibration measuring, signals processing and fault diagnosis. The discrete Fourier transform (DFT) is used to convert the time-domain signals into frequency-domain signals. The fault modes of general rotational machinery are investigated and the vibration characteristics of these modes are also reported. The physical model is designed subjected to a heat-vanishing fan in cooperation with the devices accelerated meter, vibration measured module, control circuit and A/D card. The vibration measuring and fault diagnosis are developed using Labview software. The studied results of the soft-hardware techniques can provide a basis in developing vibration-based predictive maintenance for a system. |
