中文摘要 | 本文嘗試透過隧道工程風險管理案例之研究,應用多屬性效用理論 (Multiple Attributes Utility Theory, MAUT) ,以施工廠商之觀點,對工程風險所採行因應措施之決策程式作一個完整的探討; 其次透過敏感度分析之應用,而將模式擴展為動態解題模式,以使方案執行者不僅能事先明瞭決策 者之最佳決策,同時亦能完全掌握決策者之偏好而能依現況之反應予以機動調整,並提供對多屬性 效用理論進一步之瞭解及應用。 |
英文摘要 | The purpose of this paper is to present an approach to help contractors make their decisions based on multiple criteria which conflict with each other. Multiple Attributes Utility Theory (MAUT) is first employed in this study to model the decision making problems that contractors frequently encounter. This paper further makes use of sensitive analysis to extend the theory for resolving the problems of dynamic situations. To illustrate how the techniques can be used, this paper also presents a case study. As can be imagined, the approach proposed in this paper can be utilized in similar situations that may occur in the process of delivering a construction project. |
