中文摘要 | 志工是賽會的重要資源,而志工的品質是賽會成功的重要因素,賽會志工訓練則成為非營利組識管理志工的重要議題之一。綜合多位學者之觀點,完善的志工教育訓練,應考量組識與志工的雙方需求與目標,因此,賽會志工訓練模式可歸納為五步驟:(一)透過「組識分析」與「個人分析」,以瞭解組識是否有進行訓練之需求分析;(二)擬訂志工「技能學習」與「訓練移轉」之目標;(三)規劃能提高學習動機之「執行計畫」,與搭配「講師課程」之方案;(四)「事前準備」與「事中行政」之執行控管;(五)評估「課程情境」、「教學品質」、「才能增進」與「工作應用」之成效;並根據分析結果,修改至各步驟之內容,籍以改善訓練程序中不足之處,提升志工持續服務意願、服務效率與自我成長需求。 |
英文摘要 | Volunteers are important resource for sporting events, and their quality is a key factor in successfully staging these events. Therefore, sporting event volunteer training has become a topic for managing volunteers in nonprofit organizations. As stressed by scholars in the field, a sound volunteer training program should consider both organizational and individual needs and goals. Thus, sporting event volunteer's training may consist of five steps, including: (1) assessing the need for training based on organizational and individual analyses; (2) developing volunteers' skill-learning and training-translating objectives; (3) designing motivational implementation plans in accordance with lectures and courses; (4) controlling the preparation and execution processes; and (5) evaluating effects of the course situations, teaching quality, ability improving and applicability of training. In addition, the results of evaluation should be used to make necessary adjustment for each step to enhance volunteers' enthusiasm for continuous service, service efficiency and need for self-growth. |
