中文摘要 | 本研究以廢棄水泥混凝土破碎後充當瀝青混凝土粒料,製作瀝青混凝土試體,再進行馬歇爾穩定值、 間接張力強度、回彈模數及車轍輪跡等力學性質試驗,進而探討廢棄水泥混凝土應用於瀝青混凝土鋪面 之可行性。研究結果顯示,採用再生水泥混凝土材料 (RCM) 之瀝青混凝土,其單位重較採用天然粒料 之傳統瀝青混凝土低,但穩定值、間接張力強度及回彈模數均大於一般瀝青混凝土,且抗車轍變形能力 較佳。廢棄水泥混凝土材料的表面粗糙且孔隙較多,因此必須採用較多的瀝青拌合,方可獲得較佳之瀝 青混凝土。雖然增加瀝青用量似乎會提高成本,但可藉由節省天然粒料而使造價降低,且可紓解天然骨 材日益缺乏之問題。 |
英文摘要 | The recycling of demolished concrete could not only help conserve natural resources, but could also help solve a growing waste-disposal crisis. Reclaimed concrete material (RCM) has been used as aggregate in Portland cement concrete pavements, and is covered by conventional aggregate specifications and by several highway agency specifications in many countries. This study is disintegration some waste concrete blocks, prior to conducting screen analysis. After which, the RCM would be used as an aggregate for asphalt concrete. The results of this study shows that the optimal content according to the Marshall mix design methods, the RCM asphalt concrete needs higher than that of normal asphalt concrete. The RCM asphalt concrete is higher than that of normal asphalt concrete in stability value, flow value, VMA, indirect tensile strength, and resilient modulus. The unit weight and rut depth of the RCM asphalt concrete is less than that of normal asphalt concrete. Based on this study, the RCM asphalt concrete can be applied in flexible pavement. |
