中文摘要 | 本文以實際工業控制應用為考量,嘗試使用低價位之HT46R24 AD-Type 微控制器設計氣壓馬達轉速 低階控制器,發展以微控制器為基礎之氣動馬達轉速伺服控制技術與硬體,進而探討微控制器於各種氣 壓系統精密伺服控制應用上之可能性。首先本文分析氣動馬達動態並以實驗數據對氣動馬達進行開路系 統鑑別,然後設計氣動馬達轉速低階控制器並安裝於氣動馬達轉速伺服控制系統上,進行性能測試與分 析,最後數值模擬與實驗結果顯示本文所提出的控制器的可行性與實用價值。 |
英文摘要 | The purpose of this paper is to develop a MCU based controller of the air motor for the practical industrial applications. The development of this controller includes firmware and hardware tasks. First, we analyze the dynamics of air motors and the parameters of the system are identified through step responses in this paper. Then we design a suitable low order controller of the air motor. Finally, the proposed controller is applied to the air motor speed control system to test its performance. The results of the simulation and experiment demonstrate the proposed controller to have high feasibility and practical value. |
