英文摘要 | From the "knowledge economy" to the "creative economy", the quality of manpower is still the key force; education is the basic of promoting "creative economy". With more cultural and creative workforce, there is more helpful to industries' development. Furthermore, the creative economy of the derivative can continue to be generated, used and sustainability. This essay explored the development of cultural and creative industry and posed the basic definition of cultural and creative talents. The cultivation of cultural and creative talent has undoubtedly become an indicator of national competitiveness, through collected and analyzed the domestic cultural and creative personnel training departments; we suggested some feasible strategies to the enterprises, policy makers and education system, respectively. |
