中文摘要 | 本研究以數值方法計算液滴撞擊壁面的暫態過程。在數值方法上以結構性單區塊、交錯網格系統進行空間離散,並採用有限體積法來疊代求解軸對稱連續、動量等守恆方程式,而流場中的速度與壓力間耦合以SIMPLER處理。液滴撞擊壁面的過程中,液滴產生的變形、合併和擴展現象,乃採用等位函數法加以處理之。首先,模擬雷諾數400及韋伯數4.3純水滴撞擊平板的暫態過程,並與實驗結果相比較,發現計算結果非常準確。隨後,探討不同的撞擊模式,從其計算結果中,不但可獲知等位函數法的適用性,還能進一步研究相關參數對不同撞擊模式之影響。 |
英文摘要 | The investigation is to develop a numerical code for transient impingement phenomenon of liquid drop upon a solid wall. In this code, the structured single-block and staggered grid system are adopted for discretization of the space domain, while the finite volume method is applied to solve iteratively the axisymmetric governing equations of mass and momentum. The weak coupling among the velocities and pressure is handled by SIMPLER methods. In order to capture the boundary of the spreading of a drop, a level set approach is considered due to the advantage of handling the incorporation and breakup of the boundary easily. First, The numerical results of water drop impinging upon a flat surface are in good agreement with the experimental results with Re=400 and We=4.3. Furthermore, the computational results are obtained that the different impact of drop on a solid wall is influenced by many relative parameters. |
