中文摘要 | 從近年來氣功潮流,興盛一時,各門各派及協會如雨後春筍一般的崛起,流行於民間眾所皆知。但是氣功協會參與者亦有存在的阻礙問題,(林厚省,1990;郭朝益,2000)提到氣功為不確定的物質、氣功沒擺脫宗教的傳說、江湖詐騙,販賣假藥、騙取錢財、功法互異,對立攻擊、教練偏差、氣功過份宣傳或宣染、民眾觀念不清等問題,亦影響氣功發展。因此研究氣功教練對於氣功休閒運動參與者的休閒阻礙之因應,有助於協會經營的困境與社會成本付出的解決,這是值得研究的。本研究之目的為:1、了解氣功休閒運動現況的阻礙有哪些。2、瞭解教練與協會對於氣功休閒參與者所遭遇的阻礙問題,其因應之道有哪些。3、了解教練與氣功運動參與者之阻礙認知差異有哪些。本研究以中華妙空導引武術協會,三年以上氣功教授經驗之教練為研究對象,利用深度訪談,進行資料分析,主要發現之結果如下:一、教練與學員的阻礙認知差異是存在且有差距,經統計問題,因為缺乏指導人員、因為沒有多餘的時間、因為沒有足夠錢、因為工作或課業繁重之壓力、因為沒有興趣、因為練習效果不佳的問題為最多。二、教練面對相同問題回應不盡相同,對於協會能知道常忽略對教練的標準化管理與訓練,因此協會教練回應的訓練是沒有的,大多以個人經驗,這種行為對於氣功休閒運動參與者會產生阻礙。三、協會的興衰與教練有著密切的關連性,教練的回應會影響學員日後的反應,協會對於氣功休閒運動的參與者的服務品質,仍有待加強與提升。 |
英文摘要 | The trend of Qigong has been growing and gaining popularity in recent years. Today, numerous splits, wings and associated organizations that have mushroomed like bamboo shoots after a spring rain are well known by the public. The participants of the qigong associations, however, are facing some hindrances. (Lin Housheng, 1990; Guo Chaoyi, 2000) mentioned that Qigong were abstract, not well defined and that qigong was often in connection with religious fables, fraudulent activities, problematic medicine, inconsistency and conflicts among splits, poor training, exaggeration and over promotion, unclear concepts adopted by the public, and etc. There is no doubt that these problems have hindered the future development of Qigong. As a result, a study on solutions to the above-mentioned training obstacles faced by the participants and to effective and efficient management of the associations is extremely valuable. The goals of this study research include (1) understanding of the current obstacles of the Qigong movement; (2) understanding of the solutions to these obstacles that are being adopted by the trainers and the associations; and (3) understanding of the variations in concepts of Qigong adopted by the trainers and by the participants. The objects of this study are trainers with more than three year training experience at Chinese Maio-Kong Qi-gong & Martial arts Association. After several interviews in depth and data analysis, the findings are as follows: 1. According to the statistics, the major hindrances include the lack of trainers, the lack of leisure time, the lack of financial supports, overloaded school works and jobs, the lack of interest, and unsatisfactory learning result. 2. Trainers have inconsistent responses to problems of same sort. The organization often fails to standardize the management and trainings for the Qigong trainers. As a result of this, the trainers usually respond to problems differently and based on their own experiences. The non-standardized training system hinders the learning of the participants. 3. The future development of the Qigong organization is inseparably connected with the trainers and their training quality. How a trainer responds to the studesnts' problems has a great impact on the students' reactions and thoughts toward their future learning. The organization needs to weigh more emphasis and efforts on improving the quality of services to those participants. |
