中文摘要 | 本研究旨在探討新竹縣國民小學校長轉型領導運用與學校效能的實際情況,分析兩 者之間的關係並依據研究結果,提出改進與建議。 本研究以自編『國民小學校長轉型領導與學校效能問卷』實施問卷調查,受試者包 括新竹縣國民小學主任、組長、級任教師、科任教師,共 645人,其中有效樣本 543人可 用率為84.2%,本研究以 SPSS 10.0 for Windows版套裝軟體的統計分析軟體為工具,玆 將研究結果分述如下: 壹、國民小學之教育人員均能高度知覺到校長轉型領導之各項作為,其中「激勵鼓舞」是校長轉型領導最重要的方式。 貳、國民小學之教育人員均能高度知覺到學校效能,其中「教師教學品質」是學校效能 最重要的因素。 叁、教育人員在知覺校長轉型領導上男性高於女性,主任與組長在知覺校長轉型領導上 高於教師。 肆、學校規模12班以下之教育人員在知覺校長轉型領導上高於學校規模13-24班與25 班以上之教育人員,12班以下之教育人員在知覺學校效能上高於學校規模13-24 班之教育人員。 伍、校長轉型領導與學校效能呈現兩對典型相關。 陸、校長轉型領導對學校效能具有高度預測力。 最後,根據研究結果提出具體建議,以作為教育行政主管機關、國民小學行政、國 民小學教師、未來相關研究之參考。 |
英文摘要 | The purposes of this thesis were to explore the status quo of the application of elementary school principals’ transformational leadership to their schools and their school effectiveness in Hsinchu County. Also, the relationship between them was discussed. According to the results of this study, some recommendations for improving school management were made. This study was based on the self designed questionnaire. Outof645 distributed questionnaires, 543 of them were valid. Elementary school directors, group leaders and teachers of common subjects and teachers of special subjects answered the questionnaires. The collected questionnaires were analyzed with the help ofSPSS10.0forWindows. The results oft his research were as follows: 1. The elementary school teachers well perceived the principals’ transformational leadership. Encouragement was the most important way for the principals to make their transformational leading. 2. The elementary school teachers well perceived the school effectiveness. Teacher’s teaching quality was the most important factor of the school effectiveness. 3. The male educational personnel were more aware of the principals’ transformational leadership than the female educational personnel. The directors and the group leaders were more aware of the principals’ transformational leadership than the teachers. 4. The educational personnel at small schools, with less than 12 classes, were more aware of the principals’ transformational leadership than the educational personnel at big schools, with13 to 24 classes and with more than25 classes. The educational personnel at schools with less than12 classes were more aware of the school effectiveness than the educational personnel at schools with13 to 24 classes. 5. There was a certain correlation between the principals’ transformational leadership and the school effectiveness. 6. The principals’ transformational leadership well promised and predicted the school effectiveness. Finally, according to the outcomes of this study, some concrete suggestions were made for the educational administration and institution, elementary school teachers and researchers of correlated studies in the future. |
