中文摘要 | 台灣社會工作進入醫院已有六十年,醫院社會工作部門隨著醫院評鑑的展開逐步確 立其在醫院組織中的法定位置,同時社工人力也被制度性與大量僱用,並擴展社會工作 在醫療服務領域的服務範圍與提升專業地位和品質。本文藉由實踐經驗與文獻論述方 式,回顧與反思以醫院為基礎的社會工作部門設立背景、人力資源發展與管理相關議 題,並探討下列主題: 一、醫院評鑑與社工部門制度性社工人力僱用; 二、醫院社會工作部門規模、分工與人力組成; 三、醫院社工人生涯歷程與體察。 期待以此為基礎,作為後續實務運用與學術探究的起步。 |
英文摘要 | Social work has expanded in hospitals over six decades in Taiwan, and the hospital social work department has been gradually confirmed its legal position within its organization as the hospital accreditation has carried out by the Government. In the meantime, social worker has been increasingly employed in hospitals by the medical system. The paper employed the methods of practical experiences and documentary to review the background of the establishment of social work department and the evolution process on the human resource development and management of the hospital-based social work. Therefore, the following issues will be discussed in this paper: (1) hospital accreditation and institutional employment of social workers in the social work department, (2) the scale, division and staffs in the hospital social work department, (3) hospital social workers and director’s career process and experiences. This paper will be the basic foundation for the further practical application and academic investigation on hospital social work. |
