中文摘要 | 河川流量為水文觀測之重要工作項目,傳統上多以接觸式儀器設備進行量測作業,然此作業方式受限於人力及儀器性能,操作頗為費時,且因洪水期間天候惡劣,致人員及器具安全性備受威脅,故僅能間斷地量測而無法得到短時距且連續之觀測資料。本文以經濟部水利署建置於曾文溪之非接觸式水位-流量觀測系統,利用雷達波水位計及連續波微波雷達表面流速儀獲得颱洪期間水位及表面流速之連續觀測資料,藉由坡度-面積法及表面流速法推算河道流量,經比對河川局現場觀測資料,顯示此非接觸式量測系統可有效掌握洪程流量變化狀況,具有實務應用價值。 |
英文摘要 | This paper describes the experience of continuous measurements of discharge usingnon-contact gauging station during the events of flood. The gauging station is established inZengwen River, making continuous discharge estimates by radar wave water level meter andcontinuous wave microwave radar velocimetries. The estimated models of discharge includeslope area method and surface velocity method. The latter is based on power law velocityprofile formula. The relation between surface velocities and mean velocities is established.The continuous long-term flood discharge generated from the estimated models at the studysite during three typhoons are compared with the field measurement data. As a result, theestimated results by the present methods are feasible. |
