| 英文摘要 | During strength exercise, heart rate and systolic blood pressure increased. The product of heart rate and systolic blood pressure is the valuation of heart work and, also, response to physiological acclimatization. The increase of oxygen consumption is according to the heart work, which means the more work heart does the more oxygen consumption takes place. After resistance works, blood lactate levels and, breathed rate increased. The increase of blood lactate was according to the metabolic rate of skeletal muscles. There were highly relationships among blood lactate, relative oxygen consumption (r=0.833 p<0.05), absolute oxygen consumption (r=0.728 p<0.05), heart rate (r=0.808 p<0.05, and work load (r=0.894 p<0.05). The values increased were to generate more strength. The power is the product of strength and velocity. So, in order to generate more power, all the mechanisms are to increase velocity by the way of increasing the onset velocity of skeletal muscles. |
