中文摘要 | 本文首先探討自然科中的物理、化學、生物及地球科學在84、95 及99課綱的差別,瞭解學生在學習上的負擔,其中84 課綱與95 課綱的總學分數是一致的,只是課程的內容有改變;而95課綱與99課綱的學分數安排在生物、地科有變動,課程內容各科也大幅的更改。其次探討99 學年度大學甄選入學招生名額增加,推論學測自然考科的鑑別度須達到更高的標準,以篩選出在理科表現較好的學生就讀醫學衛生學群相關科系。本篇最後分析測驗內容與招生考試,將97至99年各學系依其學測自然科成績採計加權做統計與學群系數整理,依每學年度大學甄選入學招生之學群分為自然科相關學群與非自然科相關學群,結果顯示採計自然科加權大部分以自然科相關學群為主,但非自然科相關學群中仍有部分學系亦採計自然科加權。綜合以上所述,大學推甄申請入學管道錄取比例逐年升高,學測自然科已非原先基礎能力的篩選,因此學測自然科應有相當的鑑別度,才能符合自然科相關學系的選才需求。 |
英文摘要 | This paper starts with a study on the evolution of the High School Natural Science courses—Physics, Chemistry, Biology and Earth Sciences as exposited in the official Course Syllabuses 1995, 2006 and 2010, with a view to understanding students’ load in learning. The total number of credits in the Course Syllabuses 1995 and 2006 remained the same, except for a bit of change on contents. In the year 2010, the number of credits allotted for Biology and Earth Sciences was modified, and the course content was also changed largely. This paper also analyzes the need, due to the increasing enrollment quota of 2010 college admissions via recommendation and selection, for increasing the difficulty and discrimination level of the GSAT Science Subject in order to provide a better screening function for medicine or hygiene departments. Furthermore, the 2008–2010 statistics and analyses regarding the number of departments that adopted the GSAT Science Subject show that the GSAT Science Score has been mostly weighted by science-oriented departments. The increasing enrollment of college admissions via recommendation and selection forces a major change of the GSAT Science Test. Instead of measuring the minimum ability level, the GSAT Science Test has to increase difficulty and discrimination level to meet the need of science-oriented departments. |
