中文摘要 | 企業在面對當前產業快速變遷及競爭激烈的環境,勢必要維持競爭力, 始能達企業願景及永續經營目標。 本文以攸關組織績效之人力資源管理功能構面,包括組織發展、人力資 源規劃、招募與遷調、薪資、教育訓練、績效評估、差異化福利事項等 構面,分別從「如何創造競爭優勢」、「捷運產業特性」及「臺北捷運 實務探討」等三個觀點,探討捷運營運事業機構,如何透過人力資源管 理有效地取得競爭優勢,並以臺北捷運公司為例,探討在追求卓越績效 過程中,各項人力資源管理構面之實務經驗,據以提出分析意見。 期望透過本文的探討分析,讓各界人士對臺北捷運公司人力資源管理有 更深的瞭解,並對臺灣地區之捷運產業發展,提供一些建設性意見。 |
英文摘要 | Enterprises are currently facing rapid industrial changes and an intensively competitive environment. It is crucial and necessary for enterprises to maintain competitiveness in order to fulfill business visions and prosperous goals. This article integrates functional components in human resource management(HRM), which are highly related to organizational per formance, including organizational development, human resource planning, recruitment and rotation, compensation, education and training, performance evaluation, differential welfare, and so on. From three different points of view: “How to Create Competitive Advantages,” “Characteristics in MRTS Industry,” and “Discussion on Practical Experiences of Taipei Metro,” this article respectively elaborates on how organizations can obtain competitive advantages effectively through HRM. Furthermore, by taking Taipei Metro as an example, this article discusses practical cases in HRM functions in the pursuit of excellent performance. In conclusion, the expectations of this article are, through the discussion and analysis, letting people from various industries and professional fields have a better understanding of HRM in Taipei Metro, and providing constructive advices to the development of MRTS industry in Taiwan as well. |
