中文摘要 | 本案例位於台北市東區,地質屬基隆河流域之基二區,主要為軟弱至堅實稠度之黏土及中等緊密之砂土層所構成;基地寬約54公尺,長約240公尺,面積約12960平方公尺;為一地下五層地上十四層之建築物;基礎開挖深度為23.6公尺,採逆打工法施工。 本案例之特殊點為:1.基地長向〈約240公尺長〉兩側眾多二至五層之鄰房安全考量;其中一棟四層建築物角變量達1/48;2.基地內舊地下室、油槽既有排樁及基樁之處理;3.由於工期緊迫,須檢討原規劃案進行價值工程評估;4.補充地質調查在價值工程規劃中發揮極大功能,證明詳細之調查可節省大量工期及費用; 5.利用扶壁、地中壁及分區開挖妥善控制開挖之變形量,逆打最後一層支撐得以取消,節省工期及費用。 |
英文摘要 | The site locates on eastern part of Taipei City. The subsoil is categorized as K-2 Zone soils by mainly composed of soft to medium stiff clays stratified with medium dense sands. The width of site is 54m and 240m long with area of 12960 square meters approximately. The excavation depth is 23.6m using top-down construction. Safety of many adjacent low-rise buildings must be guarded. One 4-story building its existing angular distortion already reaches 1/48. Old one-story basement, underground oil tanks and piles have to deal with care. Additional soil investigation is adopted and play very important role on value engineering of foundation and retaining structure design. buttress walls and cross walls are employed to reduce movement of diaphragm wall due to 23.6m deep excavation. They also aided to remove last level strut for top-down construction. Hence save lots of time and cost. |
