中文摘要 | 高雄車站鐵路地下化工程包含「台鐵高雄臨時站」、「台鐵高雄舊火車站遷移」、「中博高架橋」、「捷運R11臨時站」及「高雄車站永久站」,施工過程中必須維持營運中台鐵的安全性及前後站連通公路系統的暢通,為近十年來國內具有高度困難性之大型計畫之一。為了在三鐵共構車站尚未完成之前,配合高雄捷運能於93年交付鋪軌,及96年完工通車之使命,遂成立本案「高雄車站捷運R11臨時站」,以達成「承先啟後、繼往開來」的使命。設計時除需考量清除過去遺留之中博地下道外,並需在滿足台鐵營運安全下,達成捷運限期通車的使命。還要先行規劃未來永久車站施工時,鐵路、捷運臨時站與永久站切換的可能性。面對種種限制與考驗,設計時以價工的手法、創新的思維,及預防性設計概念,以降低施工中之風險,致本案雖為高雄捷運最深之開挖,且全線潛盾隧道均位於營運中台鐵下方,但各項工程均能順利完成。本案已於96年度圓滿通車,同年並獲得中國工程師學會頒發工程優良獎。車站是所有民眾擁有共同回憶的地方,隨著城市的進步繁榮,衍生了鐵路地下化工程。在設計及施工過程中,如何讓民眾維持「行」的安全,並對車站保留美好的回憶,最終能創造地標性的建築,不管是在過去、現在或是未來,都是我們持續要努力的方向! |
英文摘要 | The Kaohsiung station is the main access to the second largest city in Taiwan; hence, it is one of the busiest stations for Taiwan Railway Administration (TRA) – the conventional railway system. With the onset of the metro and high speed rail systems, the new Kaohsiung station is currently still under development to accommodate these three rail systems at the same facility. Before this new station will be completed, there is a transition period for more than 10 years and a temporary station (R11) was required for the metro system at this location. The design of the R11 project was particularly challenging because it has to (1) enable a smooth transition to the new Kaohsiung station in the future, especially part of the temporary and new stations will be the same; and (2) take into account the remains of Zhong-Bo highway underpass and continuous operations of the TRA system. The project team adopted value engineering approach and preventive design concept to reduce risk and keep the project on schedule while working on the deepest excavation in the metro systems, and running the tunnel boring machine underneath the TRA system. This project was successfully completed in 2007 and was awarded by the Chinese Institute of Engineers. |
