中文摘要 | 在知識經濟時代,創新是維持組織競爭優勢的不二法門。隨著企業型態以及環境的快速變遷,工作愈來愈複雜;工作量激增,壓力升高,使得人們在工作壓力下喘不過氣。因此,工作場所中的玩興逐漸受到重視。若是員工能在輕鬆愉快的玩興氣氛下工作,當能藉由歡愉的心情激發內在動機及創造力。另外,領導亦應扮演啟發員工創意及提升組織創新之重要角色。本研究以200 家台灣企業為樣本,採用複迴歸分析法探討領導風格、組織玩興氣氛及組織創新之關聯。結果發現領導風格對組織玩興氣氛有顯著正向影響;組織玩興氣氛對組織創新有顯著正向影響。 |
英文摘要 | Innovation is the way of creating and sustaining organization’s competitive advantage on the knowledge-based economics. In the keen competitive environment brings on a new economic type, man-hours and work loading increase with the development of enterprises. When people are overloaded, there comes pressure, fatigue and illness. Therefore playfulness in the working place is gradually being noticed. Past studies showed that employees’ creativity can be enhanced in environment with open and joyful atmosphere which arouse workers’ intrinsic motivation. Within the playful climate, people can be inspired and satisfied and bring more contribution to innovation. Thus, this study examined the relationship among leadership styles, organizational playfulness climate and organizational innovation. This study adopted multiple regression analysis to examine sample of 200 firms in Taiwan. The purpose of this study is to investigate the effects of leadership styles, organizational playfulness climate and organizational innovation. The major results of this study are as following: Organizational playfulness climate was positively affected by leadership styles; organizational innovation was positively affected by organizational playfulness climate. Finally, we offer managerial and practical implication based on the conclusions of this article, further some suggestions for future researchers. |
