中文摘要 | 動態零工型生產(dynamic job shop)環境是指新訂單會隨著時間經過而持續進入生產系統,為了讓生產效率維持在一定的水準,因此加工現場必須適時的進行重排(rescheduling),本研究以週期性重排(period rescheduling)為基礎,並將其分為二個階段來探討,首先使用螞蟻演算法(Ant Colony Optimization,ACO)進行週期排程,並導入最適合此零工型生產環境之能見度(visibility);其次,在每次週期性重排前,可發現本次週期尚有可利用之機台閒置時間(machine idle-time),此時可透過簡易的挑選法則,將新進訂單插入至尚可利用之機台閒置時間預先進行加工,藉此縮短整體訂單之總完工時間(makespan),以提升週期性重排的效率,來驗證其績效是否確實比原始週期性重排更佳,同時並與一般派工法則(dispatching rules)進行比較。 其研究結果顯示,適當的能見度的設置確實直接地影響螞蟻演算法在求解過程中的效率及品質。而本研究所提出的「預先插件機制(Prior Job Insertion)」,可以進一步地縮短總完工時間,大幅改善原始週期性重排之績效。 |
英文摘要 | In this paper, “dynamic job shop environment” refer to a job shop in which new orders may arrive without warning at any time. To maintain a definite level of manufacturing efficiency, a shop must reschedule at appropriate times. This research develops a scheduling system in the context of periodic rescheduling. The first objective of this research is to evaluate two different scales of visibility for an Ant Colony Optimization (ACO) module used for periodic rescheduling. The second objective of this research is to perform Prior Job Insertion into machine idle-time during periodic rescheduling; simple selection rules are used to insert new orders into available machine idle-time; this Prior Job Insertion shortens the overall makespan and enhances the efficiency of the periodic rescheduling. This research will verify that this performance is actually better than the original periodic rescheduling and better than general dispatching rules. The results show that the visibility setting does directly affect the performance of the Ant Colony Optimization module; this can reduce makespan even without Prior Job Insertion. Furthermore, the technique of Prior Job Insertion can further reduce the makespan and can perform significantly better than the original periodic rescheduling. |
