中文摘要 | 衣魚喜以纖維、漿糊等為食物,常造成紙質文物之重大危害,本文針對文物害蟲灰衣魚(Ctenolepisma Longicaudata)進行探究,嘗試瞭解其習性並以物理法進行防治。分別採用低氧法、加馬射線照射法和冷凍法進行衣魚防治試驗,並針對成蟲以及其蟲卵之致死率及活性進行評估。研究結果顯示,灰衣魚取食時對於紙質種類具有選擇性,以機製棉紙餵食之重量損失最高。控制環境之溫度在 22℃以下時不利於衣魚卵之孵化。低氧法與冷凍法試驗皆能有效滅殺灰衣魚及其蟲卵,試驗結果顯示,灰衣魚蟲卵較成蟲耐低氧和低溫環境,低氧法處理 6天內可有效滅蟲,而冷凍法殺蟲處理則需要低溫冷凍 3天。加馬射線照射試驗結果顯示,以 400Gy照射劑量能夠使灰衣魚及卵之致死率達 100%。藉由研究成果期能獲得有效的灰衣魚防治方法,以提供文物維護之參考。 |
英文摘要 | The aim of this research is to investigate the habits and physical methods in order to against gray silverfish (Ctenolepisma Longicaudata), pilot project includes hypoxia method, gamma-ray irradiation and freezing method for the mortality rate and activity evaluation of the adults and eggs of gray silverfish. The feeding test with different papers of gray silverfish selected showed that, machine-made mian paper owned the highest weight losing rate. To maintain ambient temperature at 22℃ can detriment the hatching of eggs. Hypoxic method and the freezing test each area could effectively control gray silverfish and eggs. The results showed that the eggs of hypoxia and low temperature are more resistant than that of adult, 6 days of hypoxia treatment could be effective for silverfish control and the effective of cryogenic freezing treatment time are 3 days. The gamma-ray irradiation dose trials show that, 400Gy can obtain 100% of eggs and gray silverfish mortality rate. This study was expected to provide effective methods for silverfish control. |
