中文摘要 | 高屏溪流域為高屏地區生命之河,其水質狀況一直為南部居民所關注之課題;本文利用河川污染指標對高屏溪流域的水質變化趨勢進行探討。分析成果顯示高屏溪的水質受到污染源的控制與高屏溪流域範圍內的人口、皮革、染整工業、養豬事業等空間分布之因素影響,亦即水質的變化受到時間與空間之影響。 在河川污染指標(RPI)變化趨勢方面,因離牧政策施行,上游與中游近年有水質轉好之趨勢;而下游高屏溪主流的部分,其RPI普遍保持在中度污染以上,甚至在枯水期達到嚴重污染等級,顯示下游平原地區污染源的嚴重性。此外,在豐水期與枯水期河川水污染狀況的比較,上游測站呈現豐水期河川污染程度較高的狀況(未(稍)受污染轉為中度污染),主要由於豐水期的高河川流量使懸浮固體濃度增加,所以RPI值隨之上升,下游測站則因稀釋作用而有RPI值下降之情形。 |
英文摘要 | The water quality of Kao-Pin River is sort of the key for southern areas in Taiwan. This study focuses on the significant impacts on livestock excreting, human population, and industrial activities. As the results, the deduction of livestock wastewater had shown the great improvement in water quality. According to the trend of annually RPI (River Pollution Index) variation, the water quality in the upstream areas had become better due to the implemetation in downsizing of Concentrated Animal Feeding operations. The water quality in midstream/downstream areas is generally midium-polluted and sometimes might become worse during the dry season in summers. Most of the time, the high/low water level plays an important role in water quality results that tend to be better with larger water content. Otherwise, the water quality in upstream might become worse during the rainy season due to the increase of SS (Suspended Solids) amount while the results of midstream/downstream become better at the same time. |
