中文摘要 | Skyrme and Amidon (1998) 主張,知識管理的發展逐漸變成企業的核心競爭力。Prahalad & Hamel (1990) 認為,企業的競爭優勢在於核心競爭力。換言之,知識管理可以轉化為企業的核心競爭力,進而創造企業的競爭優勢。 本文擬以文獻回顧方式,對知識管理與競爭優勢作一深層的瞭解與整理,並探討兩者之間的關聯性,即如何透過知識管理產生競爭優勢。適值我國「產險市場費率自由化時程計畫」在今(2009)年元月開始進入第三階段,費率朝向完全自由化,其中有關商品開發的規範,是根據我國保險法第一四四條第一項所制定之「保險商品銷售前程序作業準則」,探求其中許多規範與要求,深具輔助保險業進行知識管理的意涵與功能,並可以詮釋保險商品(保單)的開發,如何透過知識管理創造競爭優勢。保險知識在某種程度上具有強烈的內隱性,本文將探討如何透過「保險商品銷售前程序作業準則」的知識管理內涵,將其內隱的部分去個人化並進而外顯化,以產生持續性的競爭優勢。 |
英文摘要 | Skyme and Amidon(1998) mentioned: “knowledge management is increasingly becoming the enterprise core competent.” Prahalad & Hamel(1990) argued that Enterprise competitive advantage exists in core competition. In other words, knowledge can be converted into business core competent and create competitive advantage for enterprise. This paper takes advantage of literature review to understand, coordinate and link the knowledge management and competitive advantage. That is how to create competitive advantage through knowledge management. The third stage of 「Property Insurance Rate Deregulation Program in Taiwan」will put into action with being fully deregulated at the beginning of 2009. Regarding to the requirements of “Process and Rule for Insurance Product Marketing” which is derived from Insurance Act Rule144 can assist insurance industry to get knowledge management, create competitive advantages and explain how to create competitive advantage through knowledge management. |
