中文摘要 | 本研究主要目的:在於探討阿里山國家風景區旅客的觀光吸引力、滿意度的情形,進而探討風景區的觀光吸引力與滿意度之間的關係。本研究受試對象爲阿里山國家風景區的本國旅客,共寄發問卷500份,回收有效問卷356份,回收有效問卷71.20%。並以t考驗、單因子變異數分析及典型相關等統計方法進行驗證分析。本研究結果如下所述:一、不同性別阿里山風景區旅客的觀光吸引力有差異存在,在「自然景觀資源」、「文化觀光資源」及「人爲設施」等層面均顯示男性會員的觀光吸引力高於女性會員。二、不同年齡阿里山風景區旅客的觀光吸引力有差異存在,在「自然景觀資源」層面顯示「60歲以上」旅客的觀光吸引力高於「31-40歲」、「41-50歲」及「51-60歲」。三、每月不同家庭收入阿里山國家風景區旅客的滿意度,在「產品服務」、「餐旅服務」、「人員服務」及「環境景觀」層面均有差異存在。四、阿里山國家風景區旅客的觀光吸引力與滿意度之間有關聯性存在。 |
英文摘要 | The purposes of this study were to explore the tourism attraction and satisfaction of tourists of Alishan national scenic area in different situation. And then, explore relation of between tourism attraction and satisfaction of tourists of Alishan national scenic area. The samples were native tourist of Alishan national scenic area. A total of 500 questionnaires were sent out and 362 effective questionnaires were returned. The response rate of effective questionnaires is 71.20%. t test, one-way ANOVA and canonical were used to analyze the collected data. The findings of this study were as the follows: first, there was difference in tourism attraction of tourists of Alishan national scenic area between male and female. Those male tourists show higher tourism attraction than females in the natural resources, culture and tourism resources, human facilities. Second, there was difference in the natural resources among tourists of Alishan national scenic area who were in different years. Tourists who were in over sixty years show higher tourism attraction than tourists whose years were 31-40, 41-50, 51-60. Third, there were difference in the products and services, hospitality Services, service and environmental landscape among tourists of Alishan national scenic area who were in different family income per month. Fourth, the tourism attraction of Alishan national scenic area could have correlation with the satisfaction of tourists. |
