中文摘要 | 電腦用的散熱風扇或其他小型旋轉機件,目前多以滾珠軸承作為支撐轉軸的元件,但是滾珠軸承製程複雜,使得軸承成本居高不下。多槽液靜壓軸承(multi-recess type hydrostatic bearing), 能將高摩擦的滑動軸承, 提昇為含油膜之潤滑良好的液靜壓軸承。高摩擦阻力的滑動軸承, 經內孔油槽的切削, 形成多槽液靜壓軸承, 取代滾珠軸承以降低生產成本。本研究的目的為研發小型(內徑2~3 mm)多槽液靜壓軸承(multi-recess type hydrostatic bearing) 內孔油槽切削機。使用CSR220控制液靜軸承加工機中的步進馬達,可達到自動化切削,且高精密的加工特性。以pc-based 控制技術,將拉刀沿主軸由上而下切削時,配合軸承適當的轉動,可切削出內孔油槽,經由電腦輔助模擬設計出最佳傳輸轉動切削機構。期望經由本研究所建立的各項資料及結果,能夠回饋相關產業,降低多槽形靜壓軸承的製造成本,爭取更多的經濟效益,提昇廠商的競爭力。 |
英文摘要 | Ball bearing is used to support the shaft, such as cooling fan used for computer and other rotate of parts. It is very difficult to manufacturing the ball bearing, and result in ball bearing high cost. The multi-recess type hydrostatic bearing, can improve the slider bearing of high frictional resistance to good lubrication hydrostatic bearing. The slider bearing of high frictional resistance through the cutting of the oil groove of interior hole, this is to replace the ball bearing by hydrostatic bearing. The multi-recess type hydrostatic bearing machinery (inside diameter is 2-3 mm) have been developed finished, and have already put forward the application for patent. For high reproducibility、high cutting quality and goal of automation of the cutting multi-recess type. The purpose of this project is to research and development the automatic feed system for multi-recess type hydrostatic bearing machining. By computer simulation, an optimal automatic feed system for cutting mechanism will be designed. With pc-based control system complete workpiece feeding、cutting processes、cooling system and goal of automation. In addition, the life of multi-recess type hydrostatic bearing will be test, to look for the optimal conditions for the multi-recess type hydrostatic bearing manufacturing. Test via real bearing load and examines and observes the bearing. It is expected that relative industries can make use of the information and results established in this project, besides, the time for their products to enter the market will be shortened to obtain more economic benefits. |
