中文摘要 | 本研究目的是針對工具機的性能監控來發展一個以行動式為基的線上監控架構,可利用可攜式行動裝置,例如PDA、筆記型電腦或智慧型手機……等,隨時隨處可進行線上性能監控。本研究藉由感測器所量測得到的機台振動訊號,利用小波理論及主成分分析法進行相關分析,再利用貝式分類定理來建立性能模型,以備將來做為待測狀態性能評估的比較基準。同時,運用WebService與XML的技術,建立可透過一般可攜式行動裝置來進行監控的系統,使得使用者或管理者可藉以隨處化進行性能監控。 |
英文摘要 | This paper aims to develop a machine tool performance monitoring system for use on common hand-held devices, which would allow remote monitoring of the machine tool's performance during the machining process, with the aim of increasing its working life. The system will acquire and analyze the vibration signals of various states coming from a given machine tool using Wavelet Packet Theory and Principal Component Analysis. The calculated results are then saved in the database, and a training model is established using Bayesian Classification. In order to assess the machine tool's condition, the acquired vibration signals can be compared with the stored signal results from the training model. Then by using WebService and XML technologies, the system will be able to display the results on all common hand-held devices, allowing for a range of different equipments, including PC, Notebook, PDA and Smartphones to access the information remotely. As a result of this research, engineers will be able to monitor and assess a machine tool's performance almost anywhere in the world. |
