中文摘要 | 本研究之目的在於探討適合台灣揚聲器與音頻放大器廠商之策略聯盟方式。本問卷之架構及內容與研究方法係透過與產業界專家的深度訪談,並以Porter的五力分析(1997)[11]、價值鏈(1985)[13]以及聯盟理論而得。Yoshino與Ragan(1995)[17]對於聯盟提出了聯盟類型之區分模型。尋找聯盟合作對象之企業,在管理上大多區分為兩種:合作與競爭,或概言之,是一種合作與衝突。本研究依據以上相關文獻,並以產業之內部環境為主要觀察視點。在全球化經濟發展與競爭壓力倍增的同時,企業勢必謀求降低成本,而企業在致力於其內部核心之能力發展的同時,以上所提之理論與相關聯盟類型可以視為技術性的工具。企業需要以高度的創新能力去推展其產品與進行組織調整。而策略聯盟在組織重整時,客戶和供應商之聯盟腳色扮演則格外地重要。因此企業與客戶和供應商之間相互依存之策略聯盟關係,在本產業界十分地受到重視。本研究之評估架構與結果有益於台灣揚聲器與音頻放大器之廠商評估審視其未來策略聯盟之發展。 |
英文摘要 | This research explores a property strategic alliance of amplifiers and speakers manufacturers in Taiwan. By depth interviews with top managers and base on Porter’s Five Forces Analysis (1979) [11], Value-Chain (1985) [13], and Alliance theory, a specialist questionnaire is utilized to establish a complete evaluation framework for amplifiers and speakers manufacturers. Moreover, according to a Typology of Alliance (Yoshino and Rangan, 1995) [17], and alliance seeking firm most takes into account two managerial dimensions: cooperation and competition or, more generally, cooperation and conflict. In this research, we referred to these forces and typology as micro environment view. Firms are able to apply their core competences with these forces and typology as main tools in technological development, globalization of the economy and competitive pressure to lower costs. Furthermore, companies have responded by introducing lean production and flexible organizations with a high innovation capability. Strategic alliance in the reorganization of the relations to the other actors, notably customers, and suppliers is important; therefore, interdependent relationships in this industry are emphasized. Finally, the evaluation framework and results can be used as a guide for amplifiers and speakers manufacturers to review, improve, and enhance the strategic alliance in the future. |
