| 中文摘要 | 「健康,從適當的運動開始」。打造健康的身體絕對不是一種口號,更無法不勞而獲。本研究以無線感測器網路技術為基礎,結合工研院自行發展的32位元低耗能微處理器與成功大學電機資訊學院及醫學院共同開發一套簡單、易用且有效之自主健康管理系統。本系統發展對人體活動辨識與體適能分析的技術,除了可以辨識、分析與量化使用者每天的運動資訊,更可以量身打造適合每位使用者的運動方式,提供一個融入生活的具體健康實踐方法,也創造無線感測器網路在人體健康應用上的新價值。 |
| 英文摘要 | Health comes from regular exercise. Stay health is more than a slogan because it cannot be achieved without any effort. In this research, the self-health management system is developed based on the wireless sensor network technology and the ITRI 32-bit low-power microprocessor. This joint project is conducted by ITRI and the medical, electrical engineering, and computer science departments of NCKU. This powerful system can be used to identify, analyze and quantify human's daily activities. Based on the collected information, further suggestions can be customized to meet the various requirements of different users. Our system creates a new application of the wireless sensor network. |
