中文摘要 | 本文使用自行研製機電式次微米級動態齒輪電蝕試驗機並加裝通電與力量擷取設備,針對常用之齒輪鋼材料配對,藉不同滾動速度下改變供應電流、供應電壓和不同油膜厚度等操作參數,進行各種齒輪齒面電蝕損傷實驗。並探討在不同運動參數及有電流通過下對兩齒輪嚙合齒面間電蝕損傷與磨潤行爲 之影響。實驗結果發現,當電弧發生時,在一定供應電壓與供應電流及不同滾動速度作用下,界面電壓與界面阻抗會隨著油膜厚度增加而微增。在一定供應電壓、滾動速度及油膜厚度條件下,電蝕寬度與摩擦力會隨著電流增加而增加,且在滾動速度愈小而界面功率愈大,試片表面所產生之熔融現象顯著明顯,所造成電蝕寬度及摩擦力明顯增加。 |
英文摘要 | In this study, the dynamic gear electrical erosion testers with the supply electricity instrument and loadcell is used to investigate the effects of experimental parameters such as rolling speed, supply current, supply voltage and oil film thickness, on the electric erosion mechanism and tribological behavior of the gear tooth contact surface. Experimental results show that when the electrical arc occurs, the interface voltage and interface impedance increases with increasing oil film thickness at a certain supply voltage, supply current and different rolling However, the erosion width and friction force increases with supply current under certain supply voltage, rolling speed and oil film thickness. Furthermore, with the decrease of the rolling speed and the increase of the interface power, the melting phenomenon is more obvious, and the erosion width and friction force become larger. |
