中文摘要 | 本研究主旨在於瞭解台北市大學生的休閒參與及其幸福感狀況;亦即探討研究族群之「休閒參與」及「幸福感」在不同個人背景變項中的差異,及「休閒參與」與「幸福感」這兩變項間的關聯性。本研究於2006年11月,以定額抽樣的方式,對台北市4所綜合型大學(含公、私立各兩所)的在學學生發放問卷,對其個人背景資料、休閒參與及幸福感做調查。共計發放為633份問卷,有效問卷為575份,回收率90.84%。蒐集的資料經項目、信度、因素、描述性統計、t檢定、單因子變異數、迴歸及相關分析整理後,歸納出以下的結論及建議。就結論部分:(1)大學生的休閒參與部分偏低,其中以「消費娛樂活動」參與程度最高,而「刺激性活動」為最低;(2)休閒參與會因個人背景不同而有所差異;(3)以「休閒參與」無法對幸福感有強大的解釋力,但之間有微弱的關聯性。就建議部分:(1)依實際休閒參狀況與去引導學生參與多元之休閒活動,正向影響身心發展;(2)休閒產業可試著導入幸福感的概念,營造讓人愉悅的休閒場所及活動;(3)後續研究可經由質性的深入訪談,好瞭解研究族群的幸福感來源。 |
英文摘要 | The purpose of this study was to discover leisure participation and well-being of college students in Taipei city. Specifically, the study discussed the differences of various individual background variables between leisure participation and well-being, as well as addressed the relationship between leisure participation and well-being. The questionnaire was used to collect research data. Quota sampling was used, and study participants were students, who were from four Taipei's universities. The study sample size was 633, and the return rate of the questionnaire was 90.84%. Descriptive analysis, item analysis, factor analysis, t-test, one-way ANOVA, regression and Pearson's corelation were administered. There are three main findings resulted from this study, which are: 1) in general, students did not regularly participate in leisure activities, 2) significant differences were resulted from background information on leisure participation, 3) leisure participation as not able to clearly explain the study participants' well-being. The study suggests that a healthy leisure concept should be promoted and encouraged in university campus; additionally, appropriate leisure activities should be provided according to different gender and demands. |
