中文摘要 | 本研究在於添加茶飲料廢棄物製造粒片板以達到廢棄物利用之目的。使用的膠合劑為酚甲醛樹脂(PF),用膠量為5%(固形分58.7%),成板密度設定為0.65 g/cm^3,熱壓時間、壓力與溫度分別為9 min、2.8 MPa和190℃。依不同之茶葉混合比條件進行密度、含水率、吸水厚度膨脹率、甲醛釋出量、內聚強度、抗彎強度及彈性模數等試驗。結果顯示成板密度介於0.60~0.65g/cm^3,含水率介於2.83~4.93 %。而木粒片和竹粒片板吸水厚度膨脹率隨著廢棄茶葉混合比增加而增加。甲醛釋出量為0.111 mg/L~0.302 mg/L會隨著混合廢棄綠茶葉比增加而下降,木粒片和竹粒片板內聚強度隨著茶葉混合比增加而下降,其中混合廢棄茶葉木粒片板之內聚強度比竹粒片板者高,廢棄綠茶葉粉末試驗組合內聚強度,會隨著混合粉末比增加而上升,本研究內聚強度介於0.08~0.77 MPa。抗彎強度與彈性模數也同樣隨著廢棄綠茶葉混合比增加而下降,且竹粒片板比木粒片板高,廢棄綠茶葉粉末試驗組合,會隨著混合粉末比增加而下降,本研究之抗彎強度介於2.26 MPa~14.49 MPa,彈性模數介於260.69~1855 MPa。 |
英文摘要 | The purpose of this study was to mix green tea wastes with the wood-based particles to make particleboard. Various types of wood particleboard or bamboo particleboard can be produced by mixing different mixed ratio of waste green tea leaves. The binder to be used for particleboard manufacture is phenol formaldehyde (58.7% of S.C.). The resin content is around 5%. The target board density is 0.65 g/cm^3. The pressing conditions are time (9 min), temperature (190 °C) and pressure (2.8 MPa). The results showed that the density ranged from 0.60 to 0.65 g/cm^3 and moisture content ranged from 2.83 to 4.93 %. The thickness swelling increased as the mixed ratio of green tea leaves increased. The amount of free formaldehyde decreased as the mixed ratio of green tea leaves residues increased and all of the boards conformed to F_1 or F_2 criterion of CNS 2215. The internal bond enhanced as the mixed ratio of green tea leaves residues decreased. Moreover, in the case of using green tea leaves powders, the internal bond enhanced as powder ratio increased. The internal bond in this study ranged from 0.08 to 0.77 MPa. The modulus of rupture and modulus of elasticity also enhanced as the mixed ratio of green tea leaves residues decreased. However, in the case of using green tea leaves powder, the modulus of rupture and modulus of elasticity decreased as powder increased. The modulus of rupture and modulus of elasticity in this study ranged from 2.26 MPa to 14.49 MPa and from 260.69 to 1855 MPa, respectively. |
