中文摘要 | 摘要 近年來創業議題不斷的受到實務界及理論界的關注,而創業者的創業績效往往被 用來檢視其創業是否成功的變數之一。影響創業績效之變數相當多,本研究根據文獻 整理,整合創業動機、創業導向與創業績效為主要研究重點。本研究採問卷調查法, 以Yahoo 拍賣之創業者之中,定期到日本批貨跑單之創業者為研究對象,共發出250 份問卷,回收182 份問卷,有效問卷回收為120 份,有效回收率為48.0%。本研究結 果發現創業動機、創業導向與創業績效皆有顯著正相關;創業動機與創業導向則只有 部份顯著正相關。此外,以創業導向為中介變數的分析結果發現:(1)創業導向對 創業動機與創業績效之經濟性構面具有中介效果;(2)創業導向對創業動機與創業 績效之非經濟性構面未具有中介效果。 |
英文摘要 | Abstract The issues of starting enterprise has received great attention both in practical and theoretical fields; and entrepreneurial performance of entrepreneurs is often used to identify the business is success or not. There are many varieties of factors which can affect the entrepreneurial performance. Based on literatures, this study integrated entrepreneurial motivation, entrepreneurial orientation and entrepreneurial performance as the key points of this paper. Questionnaire survey was launched to collect data and questionnares were sent to the entrepreneurs who regular import merchandise from Japan and sell products in Yahoo Auction website 250 questionnaires were collected totally and 120 of which are valid. The valid response rate is 48.0%. The results of correlation analysis, we find that there are significant and positive relationships between the entrepreneurial motivation, entrepreneurial orientation and entrepreneurial performance. But there are only a partly significant relationships among the entrepreneurial motivation and entrepreneurial orientation. When entrepreneurial orientation is the mediator, the results show that: (1) the entrepreneurial orientation has a mediating effect upon the relationship between the entrepreneurial motivation and economic construct of entrepreneurial performance; (2) the entrepreneurial orientation does not have mediating effect upon the relationship between entrepreneurial motivation and non-economic construct of entrepreneurial performance. |
