中文摘要 | 本文針對營建技術之研發提出一套「系統化技術創新流程(Systematic Technology Innovation Process, STIP)」模式,該模式以「國際研發專案管理知識體系」為基本架構,結合電腦輔助創新與專利分析工具,建構一套營建技術快速創新方法,以協助營建研發工程師進行營建工程技術之創新。本STIP模式包括十項步驟:問題定義、根原因分析、目標技術選定、功能模型分析、功能模型修正、概念評估、產品系統設計、產品雛形設計、產品實驗與測試及創新技術產生。本文以道路人手孔蓋與路面齊平工法為個案,針對現有道路人手孔設計存在著易受重車破壞以及耐久性不佳等缺點,應用STIP模式進行技術改良與測試,達到營建創新之目的。本文所提出之STIP模式除可以做為營建工法之創新工具外,亦可供營建工程師於其他營建技術與材料研究與發展時之參考。 |
英文摘要 | This paper presents a Systematic Technology Innovation Process (STIP) to speed up the technology innovation in construction engineering. The STIP method integrates the Body of Knowledge of International Research & Development Project Management with several computer aided innovations tools to form a methodology of fast innovation. Details of the proposed STIP method are described. The construction technology for road man-hole work is selected for case study. A step-by-step application of the proposed STIP method to the selected construction technology is demonstrated. An innovative design of a new man hole repairing technology is developed. Verification and testing of the developed innovative technology is also conducted to ensure its feasibility. It is concluded that the proposed STIP method does not only provide the construction engineers a systematic methodology for development of innovative construction technologies, it can also be applied to innovations of other construction methods and materials. |
