中文摘要 | 葉王交趾陶是台灣的藝術瑰寶,其作品的釉彩調合典雅。「古黃」是葉王傑出的釉彩之一,其釉色古樸溫 潤,猶如琥珀。當今的藝師雖可配製出同樣的色調,卻難有葉王釉彩寶石般的剔透特質。因此本研究以分 析材料的方法解構葉王古黃釉彩:以高溫示差掃描熱卡計 (HT-DSC) 分析推論釉彩燒製溫度;以場發射電子 微探儀 (FE-EPMA) 分析葉王釉質成分組成;並以分光測色法進行釉彩色度分析。由分析結果得知,葉王古 黃釉彩主要組成為鉛-鋁-矽酸釉質 (PbO-Al2O3-SiO2),以鐵作為呈色劑,釉彩燒製溫度推論在920oC。由分析 獲得的葉王釉彩成分組成進行模擬燒製試驗,並與葉王古釉彩進行色差分析,可以得到色差值僅為1.35的釉 彩,此配方可作為往後古交趾陶修護之參考。 |
英文摘要 | Yeh, Wang's koji pottery combined elegancy with exquisite, which is truly the astonishing gem within artifacts in Taiwan. Amber Glaze is one of the most outstanding glaze among all other glazes that Yeh, Wang had ever created, which had this mild but simple color, as if it was a piece of amber. Even though the craftsmen nowadays are able to formulate similar hues, they still cannot replicate the gem-like crystal characteristics like Yeh, Wang's Koji pottery. Therefore, this research applied material analysis method to find out the secret combination of Yeh, Wang's Koji pottery, and the following instruments were included: High Thermal Gravimetry/ Differential Thermal Analyzer, deriving the firing temperature of the glaze; Field Emission Gun Scanning Electron Microscopy Analyzer, revealing the components of Yeh, Wang's Koji pottery; the spectrometer, defining colors. We found that the main component of Yeh, Wang's Koji pottery is PbO-Al2O3-SiO2, the pigment is iron, and the estimated complete temperature is 920oC. Thus, a simulated firing was conducted based on the results obtained from the former experiment, and compared with the original Yeh, Wang's Koji pottery by a chromatic aberration analysis. The chromatic aberration value of the glaze was only 1.35, which suggested that this combination and firing temperature could be a useful referrence to the old Koji pottery restorations in the future. |
