中文摘要 | 本研究探討四個因子對水電式震波碎石術及震波醫療的最大壓力之影響。這 四個因子是電極棒材料、電極棒外型、電極棒間距、流體介質。還有本研究開發 一套放電點火裝置,它是由銅電極棒作基底接上鎢鋼棒做為陰極,鎢鋼棒尖端外 形是具有 30 度之錐形體;正極電極棒與陰極電極棒雷同,惟尖端外形是直徑 2mm 之半圓球。初始間距設定為 0.45mm。此外吾人又設計了不鏽鋼質之截斷橢圓反 射體,它的離心率為 0.71。該放電點火裝置和截斷橢圓反射體建立成為一套有效 率震波產生器,操作電壓為 6-8 千伏特,產生臨床用焦點所需之最大壓力。吾人 發現使用逆滲透水比自來水效果好,並討論不同導電度之逆滲透水所造成之最大 壓力。 |
英文摘要 | In this study, four factors in affecting peak pressures for electrohydraulic shock wave lithotripsy and therapy were investigated. These four factors are the electrode material, the shape of electrodes, the gap between two electrodes, and fluid medium. Moreover, an efficient spark device was developed, consisting of a negative electrode made of a red copper rod as a base on which a tungsten rod with the conical shape of a cone angle of 30° as an electrode tip, and a positive electrode which is similar to the negative electrode, but, with a hemispherical shape of diameter 2mm. The starting electrode gap is set to be 0.45mm. In addition, a truncated ellipsoidal reflector of stainless steel with an eccentricity of approximately 0.71 was designed. Both the spark gap system and the designed truncated reflector established an efficient shock wave generator which could be operated at a low voltage setting of 6-8kV, producing enough peak pressures needed at the focus for the clinic purposes. It was found that the use of reverse osmosis (RO) water is better than tap water. Furthermore, the measured peak pressure result of RO water with different conductivities was discussed. |
