英文摘要 | The aspheric surfaces used in optical systems can control the aberrations and reduce the number of elements while maintaining equivalent image quality. A research of precision grinding design on this paper, whereas non-rotational symmetry causes the manufacture of such optical elements made of brittle materials considerably more difficulty, so these elements are expensive and rare. Small production may be hand polished by continuous test till the desired surface is obtained. Large volume production of not too large size aspheric elements is often achieved through replication processes. However for large size elements NC machines may make it economical to directly manufacture. The ellipse gyre surfaces have wide application due to its special optical property. To enhance the precision of ellipse gyre surfaces, and it presents the geometric model for the suitable radius and the row space based on the precision, assurance gives the scheme before polishing and its formula of the minimum curvature radius. This plan is characterized by biaxial gearing of ball-end cutter or grinding wheel for which producing the precise moulds of this optical mirror under numerical control. The feasibility of the scheme and the reliability of the model are verified by examples. Comprehensive and useful reference data are thus offered for the manufacture of mould in batch production of this kind of mirrors. Since it has abroad reference value for other kinds of gyre surfaces, it is of great importance in theory. |
