中文摘要 | 在傳統有關整合性存貨模式文獻中,較少考慮到產品的品質問題,通 常假設賣方所生產的均為良品。但在實際的情況中,皆會有不良品的產生, 若未經檢驗而將不良品交給消費者,則會引起顧客抱怨對企業的影響甚 鉅。因此,本研究以修復的方式來處理不良品,就成本而言,會有修復成 本的產生。當賣方發生缺貨時,買方允許賣方全數欠撥,並且賣方提供缺 貨欠撥的折扣,在允許缺貨欠撥的情況下,考慮前置時間與運送批量間的 關係,建構出一個以運送數量、運送次數、前置時間以及缺貨欠撥折扣為 決策變數的整合性存貨模式。利用最佳化的原理,各自建立演算法並以數 值範例加以說明驗證,求出最適解。 |
英文摘要 | The traditional literatures which related to Integrated Inventory Model were lesstoconcerntheproblemsofproducts’qualityand usually assumed that all the products produced by sellers have perfect qualities. However, there are always some incomplete and defective items occurred in real situation. It will decrease consumer satisfaction and have a great effect upon the future of entrepreneur if sellers do not examine the products before selling to buyers. Therefore, this research will use the method of rework to cope with defective items. There may cause some cost by repair. When buyers allowed sellers to all backorder, there will be a shortage to seller, and consider the relationship between leading time and delivery lot size under the situation. Not only did the seller provide backordering discount, but also the buyers allowed backordering in chapter 4. Using the optimal theorem to form an algorithm individually and proved by the computational example to find out the most appropriate solution. |
