中文摘要 | 在日趨競爭的環境下,如何藉由高品質及低成本訴求、同時能符合顧客需求的產品開發速度,乃為業者能否生存的重要利器。新產品開發流程是由許多複雜的活動所組成,如何有效地確認顧客需求,快速地整合產品設計與製程技術,據以產生具體的設計內容與製造規範,並開發出能被顧客接受的產品,已成為企業能否在競爭環境下生存的重要關鍵。隨著消費者需求習性的改變,高爾夫球頭產業新產品設計開發所容許時間日益縮短,如何加速樣品開發時程已逐漸成為影響業者能否順利接單的重要因素。在實務上高爾夫球頭的新產品開發階段,業者係透過人工組桿及實地測試,方可得知後續組桿量產的最佳方案。本研究嘗試利用力學及力矩原理建構出高爾夫球具零組件重量與揮桿重量的數學模式,進而開發一電腦輔助設計系統,以取代目前人工試組的工作,進而縮短新產品開發時程。本研究針對一個案公司共30項新產品開發案進行模擬結果驗證,可有效縮短高爾夫球具新產品開發流程約30天(約占開發流程21%),降低樣品修模次數,並提升業者快速回應客戶能力。 |
英文摘要 | The increasingly competitive markets are generally perceived to be demanding higher-quality and higher-performing products, in shorter and more predictable new product development cycle-times, and at lower cost. However, developing new design is a complex undertaking. In practice, product development represents a complex challenge for many companies today. They must contend with an increasing number of product and process technologies. The development cycle of new products for Golf Manufacturing Industries has been shortened due to the current thoughts of customers. How to expedite new product development stage becomes crucial to determine whether manufacturer can receive the orders. During development stage, manufacturer used to conclude the so-called optimal solution of golf club assembly after several trial and errors. This research is to develop the mathematics model of golf club swing weight based on the theory of mechanics, and then to design a computer aided design system which provides simulation to take place of practical assembly effectively. This program was tested using thirty new product development projects of a company. The comparison results show that the proposed method can cut down the time of new product development cycle by 30 days (21%). It can also be expected to minimize the times of modifying the mold and to upgrade the quick response ability to the customers. |
