中文摘要 | 本文以2009 年日本教育改革藍圖為楔子,以文件分析法探討日本高等學校 技職課程改革、教育政策及就業狀況。其課程修訂之重點:1.培育「生活力」, 2.培育基礎知識、技能、思考力、判斷力與表現力,3.訂定職業養成基本學分 數,4.提升學習意願並培養良好學習習慣,5.充實體育、道德教育,豐富身、心 靈健康;並特別注意均衡、生活力、學習意願、言語活動的構念,需融入各學 群的課程中。課程修訂係因應職場需求與貼近人民生活訴求,除增加職場能力、 生涯觀念外,亦增強語言活動、數理、傳統文化、道德教育、體驗活動、外語 教育、就業科目之改善。高等學校技職教育強調職場體驗與企業實習,更重視 「生活力」培養。台灣技職教育易流於理論與形式,缺乏學校與產業之密切銜 接與合作,若仿效日本採納德國雙元制之內涵,強化學校與工作經驗,學生必 能獲得實用技職教育。 |
英文摘要 | The main curriculum reform of vocational high school in Japan aims at (1) cultivating the living viability (2) enriching basic knowledge, skills, independent thinking, judgment and performance abilities, (3) regulating the required essential credits, (4) encouraging the willingness and good habits of learning, (5) reinforcing physical education, moral education, and (6) enriching physical, mental and spiritual health. Besides, the balance, viability learning willingness, and language activities are also emphasized, and embedded in the curriculum of different levels. Furthermore job competency, mathematics, and science, traditional culture, experiential job activities, foreign language and vocational subject, etc. are included in the curriculum. It takes the business internship of the German dual system. Obviously, the reform is taken to meet the future tendencies and needs for schools and enterprises. Such a reform can be seriously considered to upgrade Taiwan's vocational and technical education. |
