中文摘要 | 本文探討澳洲高中海洋教育發展的背景因素,包括澳洲海洋環境及文化背 景、澳洲學校海洋教育發展沿革、澳洲學校的海洋教育概況,及澳洲高中海洋 教育課綱,澳洲高中海洋教育產學合作模式。本文指出:一、澳洲學校海洋教 育之發展與澳洲為海洋國家的背景有密切關係;二、澳洲學校海洋教育之發展 與澳洲政府相關政策之推動方式有關;三、澳洲高中海洋教育課程綱要強調發 展學生實務之基本能力;四、澳洲高中海洋教育結合產學合作提供在校學生海 洋產業的培訓經驗。本文比較台灣後期中學與澳洲高中海洋教育課程目標與能 力指標之相異處,發現我國後期中學海洋教育課程偏重海洋知識導向之教學目 標,而澳洲高中海洋教育課程則偏重海洋實務導向之教學目標。 |
英文摘要 | This paper aims to explore the marine studies at Australian senior schools including its context, development, syllabus, and its structured work placements. The characteristics of the marine studies at Australian senior schools are found as follows: (a) Australian school marine education is rooted in Australian context as an ocean country; (b) the development of Australian school marine education is closely linked with the government's policies and system thinking; (c) the general objectives and key competencies of Australian school marine studies are pragmatically oriented; (d) themarine studies at Australian schools are involved with industry partners. This paper further compares the differences of general objectives and key competencies of marine studies between Taiwan and Australian schools, and finds that the former is knowledge-oriented, while the latter focuses more on practical issues. |
