中文摘要 | 我國口試規則規定,口試分個別口試、集體口試、團體討論三種。團體討論指五位以上之應考人,輪流擔任主持人,藉以評量其各項能力。此一口試方法係參考英國快速晉升(Fast Stream )考選制度中的團體演練(group exercise),理論依據則是評鑑中心「無主持人團體討論」(Leaderless Group Discussion, LGD )的「指定角色(assigned role) 的團體演練」。鑒於團體討論已在國內應用多年,本文試圖探討其實施現況,經由問卷調查,瞭解外交領事考試錄取的人員對是項口試方法的看法,包括參加團體討論前的訊息、團體討論時的情境、擔任主持的能力、應試者參與討論能力、與目前工作的關聯性、及對團體討論的整體看法。統計發現應考人對團體討論的考試程序持正面態度,惟考試內容與目前工作關聯度不高。本文並以設計觀點,對推動情形加以檢討,進而建議維持「團體討論」口試法,考慮取消「主持人」部份、試題內容應具內容效度、及辦理口試委員講習。 |
英文摘要 | According to the Oral Examination Rule, there are three types of oral examinations including individual interview, group interview, and group discussion. Adopted from the group exercise in British Fast Stream Test, the Group Discussion (GD) is in nature an assigned-role exercise of so-called "leaderless group discussion" in assessment centers. After one decade of conducting GD in Foreign Service Selection Examination, this paper aimed to review the implementation outcomes through a questionnaire survey filled by applicants who passed the examination. Research findings indicated that applicants have positive attitude toward the GD method. Several recommendations including enhancing content validity, providing assessor training were proposed for future practice. |
