英文摘要 | China's dream of a "harmonious society" requires a "harmonious education." In the recent years, preschool education is made more popular and becomes a hot market. Hence, charge for preschool unceasingly surges and with fierce tendency. The fact that preschool education has strong effect on the living standard of almost all families of middle and low classes, it is clear that the high tuition policy is endangering the prospect of "harmonious society." For this reason, the question of how to regulate preschool education fee, and how to improve the charge mechanism is becoming a focus of educators. Based on the investigation of Shanghai's preschool tuition system, this paper makes the problem more visible. It also suggests some solution to such problems. |
