中文摘要 | 本研究旨在探討影響病患醫療滿意度與回診意願之主要因素,以台灣某四家醫院門診病患為研究對象,研究結果發現:(1)本研究共萃取出人本關懷、專業能力、醫病溝通、環境與公益、醫院形象、費用、休閒與生活機能、社會支持等八個因素,為影響病患醫療滿意度及回診意願之因素。(2)變異數分析顯示:年齡、教育程度、職業在人本關懷有顯著差異。而年齡、教育程度、婚姻在醫療滿意度有顯著差異。教育程度、婚姻、職業在專業能力有顯著差異。本研究結論提示重要意涵,醫療院所除了注重醫師的專業能力之外,還必須兼顧人本關懷、醫病溝通、社會支持與醫院因素,強調病患身心靈全人的照顧,方能提升病患醫療滿意度,進而達到增加病患回診意願的目的。 |
英文摘要 | The objective of the study is to explore the influencing factors of patients’ satisfaction and revisiting intention. The sample was collected from clinical patients of four regional hospitals located in northern, central, southern . The findings of the study are as follows:(1)There are eight factors being extracted through exploratory factor analysis: humanistic caring, technical competency, communication, environment and public welfare, image, expense, facilities, and social support. These factors are influencing factors of patients’ satisfaction and revisiting intention.(2)According to the findings of ANOVA(analysis of variance), there are significant differences on humanistic caring among different age, education level, and occupation. Besides, there are significant differences on patients’ satisfaction among different age, education level, and marriage. Also, there are significant differences on education level, marriage, and occupation. The study provides important implication is that these critical factors should be valued simultaneously by the executives and managers of hospitals. |
