中文摘要 | 下眼皮附近的基底細胞癌並非相當常見,但要治癒它並同時得到兼顧功能與美觀的臨床結果仍是一大挑戰。我們大膽使用圓筒式切片合併前導式預縫術,圓筒式環切法,搭配袋線式深沈縫合,我們稱之為圓筒式二階段手術法,自2004年5月至2007年12月。我們應用此術式在6位下眼皮附近的基底細胞癌患者身上,得到了相當令人滿意的治癒效果與美觀結果,我們將呈現此一簡單快速又有絕佳外觀結果的手術技巧與運用。 |
英文摘要 | Basal cell carcinoma in the lower eyelid region was not common and still remained a challenge for a surgeon to cure it with excellent aesthetic result. We made a innovative try to combine shaving biopsy with presuture technique, round-bloc k wide excision, and deep dermal pursestring suture through the surgical course. We termed it the double round-block maneuver to achieve the complete extirpation and pleasingly aesthetic goals as wished. From 2004 May to 2007 Dec. We has cured 6 facial skin malignancies in the lower eyelid region with modified deep-dermal pursestring suture technique. It is a safe, rapid, easy-performing process to cure the skin malignancy around the lower eyelid region. |
