中文摘要 | 本研究旨在瞭解大學生選擇休閒活動時所重視的社會心理因素及從事登山健行活動中的神馳經驗內容,並比較不同背景變項在社會心理涉入、神馳經驗的差異與二者間關聯性。研究以便利抽樣法,針對參與國立聯合大學登馬拉邦山活動之大一學生進行問卷調查,共得有效問卷263份。資料分析結果:一、大學生選擇休閒活動時重視「重要愉悅與象徵」、「風險知覺」二因素。二、神馳經驗內容為「掌控、挑戰技能與專注」、「清楚的回饋與目標」、「忘我」、「時間感」,其中以「時間感」體驗最高,「忘我」體驗最低。三、男生在「掌控、挑戰技能與專注力」、「清楚的回饋與目標」、「忘我」的體驗高於女生。四、電機資訊學院學生在「清楚的回饋與目標」、「忘我」體驗高於管理學院學生;理工學院學生於「忘我」體驗高於管理學院學生。五、社會心理涉入中「重要愉悅與象徵」與體驗內容各構面均達顯著正向關係;「風險知覺」與體驗內容「掌控、挑戰技能與專注」、「清楚的回饋與目標」、「時間感」亦達顯著正向關係。六、社會心理涉入對登山健行活動神馳經驗預測力達46%,其中以「重要愉悅與象徵」對整體神馳經驗具有最高的預測力。 |
英文摘要 | The Primary purpose of this research were to realize the social psychological factors when college students selecting leisure activities and to understand the flow experience when they participating mountain hiking activity. The researcher also tried to compare the deviation and relation of social psychological involvement and flow experience among various demographic variables. Convenient sampling method was adopted to investigate National United University freshmen who participated in Mt. Malapan climbing activity. Two hundred and sixty three valid questionnaires were analyzed and the results were as followings: a. College students stressed on “importance-pleasure and sign” and “risk perception” factor when selecting leisure activities. b. Their flow experience were “sense of control, challenge-skills balance and concentration”, “unambiguous feedback and goals”, “loss of self-consciousness” and “transformation of time”. The experience degree of “transformation of time” was highest and “loss of self-consciousness” the least. c. The experience degree of male students was significantly higher than female in “sense of control, challenge-skills balance and concentration”, “unambiguous feedback and goals” and “loss of self-consciousness”. d. The experience degree of mechanic college students was significantly higher than management college students in “unambiguous feedback and goals” and “loss of self-consciousness”. e. “Importance-pleasure and sign” of social psychological involvement reached significantly positive relation with all the factors of flow experience; while “risk perception” also reached significantly positive relation with “sense of control, challenge-skills balance and concentration”, “unambiguous feedback and goals” and “transformation of time”. f. Predicting power of social psychological involvement for college students’ mountain hiking flow experience was 46.0%, while “importance-pleasure and sign” possessed highest predicting power. |
