中文摘要 | 本研究目的是探討國中體育老師的領導風格對國中生上體育課動機的影響,以96學年度就讀雲林縣的國中生為施測對象,有效問卷為886份(男450人、女436人)。本研究以「體育老師領導風格量表」與「體育課動機量表」進行施測,所蒐集的資料以逐步迴歸分析法進行分析。研究結果如下:一、體育老師的智能啟發領導可正向預測學生的「內在動機」,而消極介入管理與魅力是負向預測學生的「內在動機」;二、體育老師的智能啟發領導可正向預測學生的「整合調節」;三、體育老師的智能啟發、放任、及魅力領導可正向預測學生的「認同調節」;四、體育老師的消極介入管理和魅力領導可正向預測學生的「內射調節」;五、體育老師的放任和消極介入管理領導可正向預測學生的「外在調節」;六、體育老師的放任、消極介入管理、和權變報酬領導可正向預測學生的「無動機」,而智能啟發可負向預測學生的「無動機」。根據研究結果,本研究結論為國中體育老師應採用轉型領導風格以幫助學生的正面動機型態。 |
英文摘要 | The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of junior high school teacher's leadership style on students' motivation of attending physical education (PE) class. The subjects of this study were junior high school students studying in Yunlin County in 2007 academic year (N=886, male=450, female=436). All the subjects were tested by PE Teacher Leadership Style Scale and PE Class Motivation Scale. Stepwise regression analysis method was used to analyze the collected data. The major findings of the study could be summarized as follows: 1. PE teacher's intellectual stimulation could predict students' intrinsic motivation positively, but passive management by exception and charismatic leadership could predict students' intrinsic motivation negatively; 2. PE teacher's intellectual stimulation could predict students' integrated regulation positively; 3. PE teacher's intellectual stimulation, laissez-faire leadership and charismatic leadership could predict students' identified regulation positively; 4. PE teacher's passive management by exception and charismatic leadership could predict students' introverted regulation positively; 5. PE teacher's laissez-faire leadership and passive management by exception could predict students' external regulation positively and 6. PE teacher's laissez-faire leadership, passive management by exception and contingent reward could predict students' motivation positively, but intellectual stimulation could predict students' motivation negatively. Based on the findings of this study, it was concluded that PE teacher should use transactional leadership style to improve student's positive motivation. |
