中文摘要 | 本文主要是分析431口區域性地下水監測井近7年(91至97年第3季)水質變化情形,包括各監測項目測值與「地下水污染監測基準」所列污染物之監測基準比對結果,並探討各測項濃度變化趨勢,以評析區域性地下水水質狀況。所有水質監測項目中,以錳測值低於「地下水污染監測基準」之比率最低,為51.4 %,其次為氨氮之61.7 %及鐵之70.7%。此外,總溶解固體、總硬度、氯鹽、硫酸鹽、總有機碳及硝酸鹽氮等,低於「地下水污染監測基準」比率皆介於89 %至100 %之間,鎘、鉛、鉻、砷、銅及鋅等金屬類部分則皆為100 %。 就近7年約10,447筆監測數據之區域性地下水水質變化來看,其低於「地下水污染監測基準」年平均比率分別為85.11%、88.83%、90.44%、91.28%、91.32%、91.57%、91.97%。依10個地下水區分析水質狀況,以花東縱谷水質最佳,其低於「地下水污染監測基準」之平均比率為98.5%,其次為澎湖地區之94.8%及新竹苗栗區、台中地區之93.6%、93.2%,而以嘉南平原、濁水溪沖積扇等地區水質較不佳,主要是受氨氮的影響,其低於「地下水污染監測基準」之平均比率分別為85.8%、80.4%。 |
英文摘要 | This research was to clarify water quality changes of 431 regional monitoring wells in recent 7 years(2002 to 2008) by evaluating groundwater quality trends via full-scale comparison between monitoring items and groundwater criteria. The comparing results suggest that among all monitoring items, manganese, ammonia and iron demonstrates lowest achieving rate as 51.4%, 61.7% and 70.7% respectively, while all heavy-metal and 89% to 100% of total soluble solid, total hardness, chloride, sulfate, total organic carbon, nitrate observations met the criteria. Reviewing 10,447 observations of regional groundwater compared with groundwater criteria in recent 7 years, the achieving percentage by year were 85.11%, 88.83%, 90.44%, 91.28%, 91.32%, 91.57%, and 91.97%.respectively. Sorting by groundwater regions, 98.5% observations of Hualien-Taitung longitudinal valley met the groundwater criteria, which showed best water quality among all 10 groundwater regions. Penghu area, Hsinchu-Miaoli area and Taichung area were also qualified well by 94.8%, 93.6%, and 93.2% observations meeting the criteria. Chianan plain(85.5%) and Choshui River alluvial fan(80.4%), were concluded as bad-water-quality areas mainly caused by the contribution of high ammonium level. |
