中文摘要 | 摘要 紫花脈葉蘭與東亞脈葉蘭是臺灣原生脈 葉蘭屬植物中分布較大的兩個族群,也是民 間常使用的抗發炎草藥。本研究分三個不同 生長期採集,比較兩種脈葉蘭葉部的抗氧化 能力。以50%乙醇萃取濃縮後進行抗氧化能 力分析,紫花脈葉蘭與東亞脈葉蘭的萃取率 及酚類化合物含量分別為30.7%、34.5%及 36.5 μg mg-1、25.2 μg mg-1。清除超氧陰離 子能力之測定,紫花脈葉蘭與東亞脈葉蘭其 IC50 分別為0.30 μg mL-1 及0.36 μg mL-1,在 IC50 濃度下,對uric acid 產生的抑制率分別 為29%及33.6%;顯示紫花脈葉蘭清除超氧 陰離子能力大於東亞脈葉蘭。清除氫氧自由 基之速率,紫花脈葉蘭約為東亞脈葉蘭的2.1 倍。抑制鐵誘發大鼠腦均質液脂質過氧化反 應,紫花脈葉蘭與東亞脈葉蘭其IC50 分別為 0.4 μg mL-1 及0.99 μg mL-1。螯合鐵能力之 測定,紫花脈葉蘭與東亞脈葉蘭其EC50 分別 為0.11 μg mL-1 及0.03 μg mL-1。紫花脈葉蘭 莖葉水萃物清除氫氧自由基能力約為東亞脈 葉蘭莖葉水萃物的2.1 倍,且為對照藥物 mannitol 的6 倍。 |
英文摘要 | ABSTRACT This research compares the antioxidative capacity on N. plicatar and N. aragoana species gathered in October in Taiwan. The plants were collected in different growth periods and divided into leaves and rhizomes. After drying and extraction processes, the antioxidative analysis was conducted. The results were as follows : The phenolic acid content of leaves of N. plicata in October period was 36.5 μg mg-1 which was better than 25.2 μg mg-1 that of N. aragoana. The scavenging effect of superoxide anions IC50 was 0.30 μg mL-1 and 0.36 μg mL-1, respectively. The inhibition of xanthine oxidase were 29% and 33.6 %, respectively. The scavenging effects of OH free radical ability of N. plicata were 2.1 folds than those of N. aragoana and also 6 folds than mannitol, respectively. |
