中文摘要 | 經濟教育之施行對於個人與國家具備雙重效益,有助於個人與公民進行最適選擇。國小階段實施適當經濟教育,可為學生奠定良好的基礎。本文參考先進國家之教育規準、國內經濟教育相關研究、及經濟學科內涵,建立國小階段社會學習領域的經濟教育概念層級架構,並以層級分析法進行問卷調查,匯集經濟學學者與小學教師意見,對國小階段應教授之經濟概念進行權重分配與排序。研究發現:經濟學學者與小學教師對小學經濟教育概念的教學權重看法頗為一致,均認為:國小階段學習經濟概念應以基本概念為優先,而因應國際化趨勢,也應適度提高國際經濟概念的教授。然而現行能力指標與問卷調查結果稍具差異,問卷調查結果顯示權重值較高的概念,現行能力指標有10項未列入,而權重值較低者能力指標列入6項。本文研究結果可供後續能力指標修訂參考。 |
英文摘要 | The implementation of economics education has dual benefits both for people individually and for the country, being helpful to selection optimization by individuals and citizens. The implementation of appropriate economics education in elementary schools will provide students with a solid foundation in economics. In this study, we have referred to the educational standards of developed countries, domestic research on economics education, and the content of economics courses, to establish a basic structure for incorporating economics education into the elementary school social studies curriculum. We have also conducted surveys using the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) to gather opinions from school teachers and economics scholars, and have performed weight distribution and ordering with regard to various economics concepts in an attempt to select the concepts that are more suitable for student learning in elementary schools. The study has found that elementary school teachers and scholars share very similar views concerning the weighting of economic concepts that should be taught in elementary schools. They all believe that the learning of economic concepts in elementary schools should prioritize basic concepts, and that the teaching content should appropriately emphasize international economic concepts to reflect the prevailing trend of economic internationalization. However, there are some differences between current competence indicators and the results of the survey. The results of our survey show that ten of the concepts having higher weight values are not included in the current competence indicators, but six of those with lower weight value are so included. The results of this analysis may be used as reference data for subsequent revisions of the competence indicators. |
