中文摘要 | 近年來國民生育率不斷下降,國小的學生在藉數逐漸減少,學校面臨諸多巨變與衝擊勢不可免。學校如何透過有效的行銷策略,爭取家長認同、學生就讀以及更多的資源投入,以提升教育效能,是刻不容緩的重要課題。學校行銷雖然有其迫切的重要行,但是無論在實務工作的推展或是相關研究的進行方面,都仍然落後實際需求的情形。本研究就國小學校行銷博碩士論文進行分析,嘗試找出目前國小學校行銷研究的缺口,而針對這些缺口提出在學校行銷策略上的一些建議,期望在國小學校行銷策略上能引發一些思考的方向,讓學校行銷能更上層樓。 |
英文摘要 | Recently, the rate of procreation has been decreased year by year, and the numbers of school students are the same. Schools face many changes and impacts that are inevitable. It is an important issue how school has effective marketing strategy to get the identifications and more resources in order to enhance the educational efficiency. The school marketing has its importance but it is insufficient in promotions and related researches. The purpose of the research attempt to analyze master's dissertation and doctoral thesis of school marketing, in order to find the gaps of elementary school marketing, and according to the gaps, researcher want to offer some suggestions for elementary school marketing. Expecting to cause some directions for elementary school marketing, let it advance more. |
