中文摘要 | 利用紫外線光度計來進行臭氧計量量測為目前國際上所認可最為準確的一種量測方法。量測原理主要以汞燈源產生波長253.7 nm的紫外光對臭氧吸收情形進行臭氧濃度換算。環保署自2002年引進美國國家標準技術協會(NIST)與美國環保署共同發展的臭氧參考標準光度計SRP#30(Standard Reference Photemeter;全球編號第30),作為國家空氣品質監測站網之臭氧量測儀器的一級標準。近年來由於國際相關研究發現,SRP系統的量測不確定度仍有諸多改善空間。因此,在2008年4月,環保署與NIST合作,針對SRP#30進行系統調整更新作業,重新修正溫度及光徑等參數,以提升系統穩定性及準確度。SRP#30在參與該系統升級作業前與SRP#0比對結果準確度誤差為+0.55%,經相關硬體升級後,對臭氧量測之準確度誤差降為-0.1%,淨準確度誤差提升值約為-0.55%。 |
英文摘要 | Ultraviolet photometry currently appears to be adopted worldwide as the most accurate technique for assaying ozone concentration in the atmosphere. The basic measurement principle of UV photometry is the determination of the amount of UV radiation at a specific wavelength (253.7 nm mercury line) absorbed by a sample of ozonized air. In 2002, the Taiwan EPA built a Standard Reference Photometer (SRP#30) developed in a joint USEPA-NIST program in 1981 to serve as a primary standard for ozone monitoring networks in the National Taiwan Air monitoring System. To ensure the proper comparability of SRP networks existing globally, the Bureau International des Poids et Mesures (BIPM) in collaboration with NIST started a programme to establish an international network for ozone reference standard comparisons and calibrations. In this study, biases have been identified and attributed to non-uniformity of gas temperature and undervaluation of the UV path length in the gas cell. However, biases have been eliminated in the later system upgrade project. A +0.55% slope calibration bias was noted for SRP#30 compared to SRP#0 before electronics upgrades, and then dropted to -0.1% after adjustment and change. Eventually, the upgrade program led to an overall net change of about -0.55% in the SRP#30. |
